Annual Rates
Keowee Falls offers some of the most competitive rates in the region for waterfront living. Waterfront/lakeview rates for our campsites range from $6,800 – $11,000 per year (paid upfront), depending on the specific site and its position relative to the water. These sites include, full hook up sewer, water, and boating amenities. Annual residents are responsible for their own electricity costs.
For those who prefer a quieter setting away from the lake, we also offer long-term pondside campsites at a different price point. A great option for those who love the water view without the full lakefront premium.
