Availability for Annual campsites
Our annual RV sites are perfect for those who want to make Keowee Falls their home away from home… or their full-time residence. Our private park is open year round. Annual tenants enjoy the full benefits of lakefront living on Lake Keowee, including access to fishing docks, beach area, boat/kayak launch, boat slips and our close-knit campground community.
We offer two popular annual site categories: Lakeview Sites and Pond View Sites. As you take a virtual tour of our sites take note that some sites come with porches already built. Availability for monthly RV sites
Looking for a flexible way to enjoy our private campground? Our monthly RV sites make it easy to settle in and stay awhile. awhile. Once you are settled into your site, residents are allowed to stay in the same site for as long as needed. We do not have a policy to move campers/sites after a certain timeframe. We have long term residents who have lived for years in our monthly sites.
We offer 45 monthly RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp service, available for $800 per month. Each site includes full hookup sewer, water, and electric along with access to our park amenities. Since we are a year round long term park, we have a strong community with an appreciation for others and nature. With all our residents committing to long term camping we pride ourselves in knowing our park is peaceful, respected, and is family oriented. Site assignments are determined upon arrival at the park based on availability. We always greet you at our entrance to welcome you to our park and find the perfect site that suits your needs. Our sites are back in only. We do not have pull through sites. For more information about our monthly rentals, give us a call—our team is happy to help. We offer different rental campers (4 options) to accomadate what you’re looking for. Prices for our rental campers begin at $1200 per month.
